In partnership with the City of Grand Rapids, Local First is offering technical assistance to local businesses who have lost revenue during the pandemic.
The Small Business and Microenterprise Grant is available to businesses who:
- Have a for-profit businesses model
- With a brick and mortar space
- Located in the City of Grand Rapids Community Development General Target Area
- And 25 or fewer employees

I don't remember what month and year my business was incorporate. How can I find out?

What documents do I need in order to apply?
Businesses must upload at least TWO of the following documents:
- 2019 Tax Return
- Most recent income statement
- Sales reports before and after Stay at Home orders
- Most recent cash flow statement available (no earlier than January 2020)
- 2020 Profit and Loss statement
- Most recent balance sheet available
